Brian A. Bellucci,

Brian Bellucci, Owner/President/Property Manager, opened OPPM in Summer of 2023, after the passing of the long time owner of the management company he was working for, and to which he was employed by since 2010, Brian focus was and remains ensuring his clients continue to receive the best services possible. Brian joined his previous company twelve years ago to assist in the day-to-day operations after spending many years working for the State of RI. Brian’s familiarity with various State agencies, coupled with his experience working with people, is a valuable asset. Having grown up with his parents owning a condominium, and now he owning one, Brian is very familiar with the rules and restrictions of community-style living and all that goes into COA/HOA ownership. Brian brings a fresh, younger perspective to OPPM, couple with his experience, that allows OPPM to meet the needs of both younger and older condominium association ownerships. Over the years, Brian has developed strong working relationships with many of the firms serving condominiums for landscaping, snow removal, alarm systems, septic/sewer systems, roofing, painting, maintenance, and other mechanical components of a property.  Brian is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and has resided in Narragansett for over 20 years. In his free time, Brian tries to enjoy living life by following the mantra YOLO. His ultimate favorite life experiences thus far has been becoming a father. He has two sons currrently 21 and 15 yrs old to which he loves spend time with them. Whether it is just chilling with them at home, coaching them in sports, hanging out at the beach, going on trips, to now as they are older, just visiting the oldest who is a student at Colorado State University or watching his youngest son on the football field for North Kingstown High School. Brian also enjoys spending summer days off on Narragansett Town Beach, the mouth of the Narrow, the Gansett seawall, being out & about supporting local small businesses, listening to live music in the South County area, or just simply sitting on his deck sipping on a nice bourbon & cigar. Over the years, Brian served as a Coach, Board member, and for 5 years as President of the North Kingstown Jaguars Youth Football Organization, and the last two years as the President of RI Preteen Youth Football & Cheerleading League, and was also a past Board member of the Narragansett Little League.
